1. Fulfillment & Production

All items available on TorqMoto are custom-made on-demand through our partnership with Printful. Because products are crafted specifically for your order once it is placed, this sustainable approach eliminates overproduction and ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality item.

2. Where Products Are Made & Shipped From

Our items are manufactured and fulfilled across Printful's global network of production facilities. Depending on your delivery address and real-time inventory availability, your order will be produced and shipped from the Printful facility closest to your location to optimize delivery speed and reduce shipping distances.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

• Processing & Production: Standard fulfillment takes an average of 2 to 5 business days before your order leaves the facility.

• Transit Times: Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor its delivery status.

4. Customs, Duties, & Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, local taxes, and import fees may be charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
