Made-to-Order Fulfillment: All items are custom printed and fulfilled on-demand through our partnership with Printful. Because of this, product colors, mockups, and placement may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

4. Orders, Shipping, & Delivery

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Fulfillment & Shipping: Orders are routed to Printful for production and shipping. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. For complete details regarding production times, transit, and customs, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because items are custom-manufactured on-demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Replacements are strictly limited to damaged, defective, or misprinted items reported within 30 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of TorqMoto and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or branding without express written permission from TorqMoto.
